THE EXCHANGE

What is it? The HealthLeaders Exchange is an ongoing community of executive peers.

What is the purpose? This executive-led gathering promotes sharing ideas and making meaningful connections.

What’s different about it? The Exchange prioritizes the executive experience, shares actionable insights and helps foster lasting relationships.

THE COMMUNITY

What does “community” mean here? We follow the definition that a community is “a feeling of fellowship with others who share common interests and goals.” That thought guides us to do better for our executives than what a network or event could do.

Who participates? Your peers. CNIOs who are facing your same challenges.

What will they share? What interests you. The program is designed to focus on executives’ most pressing issues.

DO I NEED TO PREPARE A PRESENTATION?

Executives participate in roundtables of open dialogue to discuss topics selected by you and your peers.

You do not need to prepare a formal presentation but come prepared to share your ideas and solutions.

THE EXPERTISE

Who are the experts? You are. The Exchange believes that the power of group dialogue is where the best ideas rise. The format is designed to create open sharing of ideas.

What kind of formats? We believe in small group roundtables, as well as workshop model discussions. We also have opportunities for executives to share streamlined presentations of successful initiatives they have implemented.

Who moderates? Our programs select a Guide from the participating leaders to help set the agenda. Sessions are executive-focused and moderated by the HealthLeaders Exchange team and our editors.

ARE THERE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES?

True connections come from shared experiences. Our Exchange offers activities that can range from world-class golf, a cooking class with a top chef, a harbor cruise, a day at the beach and more. We build in dedicated time in the agenda for you to relax and unwind.

Meet our CNIO Advisory Board

Our CNIO Advisory Board has helped shape the key discussion topics for both the CNIO Exchange and NurseTech Summit.

NurseTech Summit, co-located with the inaugural CNIO Exchange, is a highly interactive experience for nurse managers and directors focused on technology adoption, virtual nursing, AI integration, and clinical workflow transformation, built around real-world case studies and interactive peer dialogue.
